Description

Fell trees T4 and T5 as shown in sketch plan appendix 5 of arboricultural report ref AWA5242. An existing drainage system exists between both trees. Both trees appear to have been planted on top of this system. This system is defective and requires repairing to satisfy planning condition 12 of approved planning application 23/1534M and to satisfy Building Control in the construction of the property.
