T1 Black Pine- shown as tree id number 23422 on plan- Crown raise to 4 metres over driveway, reduce up to 3 metres clearance from property (Briar Nook) and remove deadwood over driveway. -This tree is located on the boundary with next door- Broome Cote- however, the work we are applying for is essentially common law right, the neighbour has been spoken to and fully consents to the work. Two trees from TPO G1- shown as tree numbers 5602 & 4911 on plan- 4911- Silver Birch- fell to ground level- tree has damaged garden wall on outside of property and is mostly dead with potential to fall in the road/footpath. 5602- Beech- Crown raise up to 3 metres all round to clear garden and adjacent footpath whilst maintaining even and balanced crown.
