Description

[T1] Horse Chestnut: Proposal: Large limb at 3m NE (Limb 1) with large open cavity, reduce end regrowth by 3-4m back to previous level (up to 20cm diameter cut). Remove low eastern limb at 4m (Limb 2) with significant open cavity, leaving 0.75m stub. Low limb to south at 4m (Limb 3), remove vertical regrowth and reduce regrowth end weight by up to 3m.
