Request to modify Section 106 agreement - Amend so rents can be increased annually by Consumer Price Index plus 1%, amend so Shared Ownership leases are in line with the Shared Ownership Model Lease of between 10-75% for first purchase, amend the exclusion clause at schedule 1 paragraph 2 and paragraph 25 so one with a preserved right to buy is also excluded from the Affordable Housing provisions and amend the Mortgagee In Possession clause so it the units can be chargeable at MVST.
