Weak included union with pocket of decay extending 40cm deep, large stem over highway, QTRA RoH 1/10k simulating stem failure contacting traffic. Reduction desired with aim to reduce load on union whilst retaining tree and maintain screen belt along openspace, union is of poor form but tree is in good vitality so it is believed the response to works will be positive. Replanting is not required as the tree will be retained
