Description

Black Pine (T8) to approximately 5 metres above ground level. This would involve removing 7 or 8 branches including one large branch which is currently 2 metres above ground level. This is due to the tree’s close relationship and hence light blocking of two houses: 10 and 12 Beech Cottages, and to increase light levels in the garden of my property, 14 Congleton Road, which is adjacent to the garden of Woodlands Court, across the footpath. The Manager and Residence Association of Woodlands Court have given me permission to do this work. The Black Pine has a Tree Preservation Order (although it is not indigenous). Yew Tree in conservation area to be crown reduced by approximetely 1m to provide light to the house and garden.
