Description

The property has an existing internal staircase that is accessed via a bedroom, and this work is to create a replacement staircase on the existing landing. In order to achieve sufficient headroom this needs a dormer extension as in the diagram. Whilst this work is in place we would like to replace existing Velux windows with Dormer Windows.
