Description

Listed Building Consent for proposed repairs and alterations to 2 no. chimney stacks located on the south and west ranges of the Hall. Works also to include removal of cement based pointing and replacement in a lime mortar. Damaged and eroded bricks to be replaced with handmade bricks. Stone capping's to be introduced to both chimney stacks for weather protection. Remedial structural repairs to south range chimney stack with stainless steel tie rods. Alterations to cast iron rainwater gutters by increasing sizes to locations on south range and courtyard areas.
