Description

Proposed works - complete removal of tree for following reasons - The tree has grown far too big, considering the proximity to living accommodation and threatens to cause significant damage - There is risk of damage from branches/main stems falling into the building which currently overhand the building significantly - There is risk of roots causing damage to the building foundations - The tree is multi stem (4 main stems) which makes it structurally weaker and all stems lean towards the accommodation and away from prevailing wind - The base of the tree is approximately 1m above the ground level of the building and only 2.1m from the building Once removed, we will plant at least one more tree in our garden at a safe distance from the buildings
