Description

1. Kitchen & Utility Renovation requiring the following external alterations; a) Replace existing rear utility door and french doors onto garden with 4-panel bi-fold doors, including removal of wall which separates the two sets of doors. The overall aperture will remain the same. b) Bricking up of the existing side kitchen window with same faced bricks c) Lowering of the front kitchen window to match the opposite lounge window, re-using the stone sill and replace with matching window. 2. Replacement of Soffits, Fascia and Guttering with uPVC matching the existing colour of white soffits/fascia and black guttering & down pipes. 3. Re-Render front porch with an off-white smooth finish render.
