Description

The proposals include dry lining external walls to the living room and front porch. The premises has suffered chronic condensation issues for some years and other methods have been tried prior with none seeming to eleviate the issues. The previous scope of works comprised: - installing secondary glazing - Repointing all walls with lime mortar - Removing existing dulux based paints from the internal surfaces and recoating in breathable paints.
