T1 Oak. Semi Mature - Early Mature. Height 13 meters. Crown Spread 12 meters. Stem Diameter 425 mm. The tree overhangs a pathway to the side and rear of the property. It sheds resin which makes the pathway very slippery and dangerous when wet. My wife has had 2 full knee replacements in the past 18 months and we are increasingly concerned that a fall could result in a major injury. We are seeking approval for the tree to be felled.
