Certificate of lawful proposed use of the track from Fol Hollow to the Moreton Meadows Farm buildings has been used for in excess of 30 years and we wish to improve the track by adding crushed building brick or similar 200MM thick gravel topping or similar 50MM thick to provide a porous and permable sub base and topping work:
