Description

Variation of condition 24 on application 21/6385N: Construction of 104 affordable homes with new access from Broughton Road and ancillary open space. Existing overhead powerlines at the site entrance on Broughton Road are preventing the use of the access. Breck Homes also own the adjacent site, with full planning permission, accessed off Stoneley Road. It is therefore proposed that the site is temporarily accessed off Stoneley Road until the overhead powerlines and associated equipment are decommissioned, removed and/or diverted. The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Environmental Management Plan comprising of the amended 'Construction Method Statement - Rev C' (Breck Homes Ltd - September 2022), 'Environmental, Dust & Surface Water Management Plan Land At Broughton Road, Crewe - Rev B' (Breck Homes Ltd – September 2022) and 'Site Welfare Plan' (Ref: Broughton Road SWP - Rev B).
