T1 Robinia / False Acacia. Fell. The tree is situated in the courtyard / garden behind 17 Hospital Street. Dead branches were removed from the tree several years ago as it appeared to be in decline.The tree has continued to deteriorate in condition and has numerous patches of flaking bark and decay present around attachment points of primary branches. These branches overhang the roof of an extension to the neighbours property and also the public car park the other side of the courtyard wall. Please see attached photographs for evidence of the condition of the tree.
