1. Multistemmed Ash - Sectional dismantle to as close to ground level as possible. REASON: Ash Dieback Outgrown Location 2. Plane - Remove the large extending over the footpath at approximately a 40 degree angle. REASON: To Crown Lift 3. Sycamore - Remove 6 low limbs on the property side and the 2 lowest limbs on the roadside. REASON: To Crown ift to maximise light close to property 4. Lime - Crown lift to 6 metres from ground level and reduce on the property side by 1.5 metres. REASON: To reduce encroachment and lift the low crown 5. Plane - Crown lift to 6 metres from ground level (removing 6 low limbs). 150mm diameter limb at 4 metres from ground level extending towards the building, remove. Limb at mid height growing towards the building, reduce by 50% and reduce other secondary laterals on the building side by 1.25 metres. REASON: To reduce encroachment and lift the low crown 6. Lime - Crown lift to 6 metres from ground level and reduce lateral limbs on the building side by approximately 1.5 metres. REASON: To reduce encroachment and lift the low crown 7. Ash - Reduce on the property side by approximately 1.25 metres potentially removing limbs if these do not have suitable pruning points. REASON: To control growth towards the building 8. Ash - Heavily infected with Ash dieback, unsafe to climb. Sectional dismantle using a MEWP. REASON: Heavily infected with Ash Dieback 9. Copper Beech - Reduce on the building side to provide 2.5 metres clearance from the building. REASON: To maintain clearance 10. Copper Beech - Crown lift to 3 metres from ground level by the removal of secondary branches only. Undertake a light length reduction (1-1.25 metres) of some of the lower laterals that extend out of the canopy. This would bring them back into the line of the crown. REASON: To improve clearance beneath the tree and shape some lower limbs
