T1 - Cedar - Crown reduction by 4m (2m either side) maximum and reshape to bring back protruding branches, remove dead wood and clean out crown of fallen limbs. Crown is currently 14m. Reduction would leave a crown no less than 10m spread. The tree is located on the land of 17 Isis Close, Congleton, Cheshire CW12 3RT. It is a T1 Cedar tree with a TPO (location number 127 Cong P). A request for consent to work was requested and approved in 2019 but the work was never carried out. We wish to submit another consent to work (described above) on this tree. We live at 19 Isis Close and not 17 Isis Close where the tree is located. We have contacted the owners of 17 Isis Close and they are in agreement with the application being submitted. The tree is very large and blocks light within both properties. Due to dead wood within the tree, branches fall in high winds and very dry weather these branches cause potential hazards of falling on vehicles, people and animals. The tree produces a large quantity of pollen and needles, the pollen causes asthma to the residents of the above properties.
