Beech and elm (marked white) - fell to ground level. Elm tree to rear right of property and bordering Chester Rd - fell to ground level. Beech to rear of property next to visitor car park (marked purple) - Raise and reduce branch extending towards car park by 3m to give clearance. Two pine trees and lime (marked red) - Reduce lower branches and raise slightly to give 3m clearance from building. Lime tree to right of pines. Raise to give 3/4m clearance above drive, tip reduction away from building to give 3/4m clearance and deadwood. Lime pollards along driveway (marked light blue) -Re-pollard to keep under control. Beech behind lime pollards (marked grey) - Raise to 3/4m above driveway and reduce overextended branch over driveway back into main crown. Birch x2 at entrance to Uplands (marked black) - Raise to 3m to clear driveway. Yew to front of property (marked pink) - raise to 2/3m above path and reduce away from balcony by 1-2m Limes to right of property (marked yellow) - Deadwood and raise above car parking spaces to give 5m clearance. Several trees have over extending limbs that reach over parked cars. Would mean a reduction of no more than 2m to limbs. Leylandii x2 to right of property (marked green) - Reduction and raise 3m to driveway side to allow cars to pass. Limes at rear of property x2 (marked yellow) - Deadwood, This would require shortening branches by 2-3m to give clearance. Pine at rear of property (marked red) - Raise to 3/4m.
