Description

Continuation of existing boundary fence on privately owned land to prevent current issue of trespass and damage to property, where land is being used as a shortcut to somewhere else. Fence to extend over one side of the front edge boundary and finish at the opposite properties boundary wall. Proposed works will have no impact upon any public highway or footpath. There is no right of pedestrian or vehicular access between the areas the fence will divide.
