Description

The trees to the rear of my property are covered by a TPO and have caused injury and damage. The tree's need to be assessed by an expert and action needs to be carried out to ensure no further damage and/or injury. In September 2022, a large branch fell from one of the trees in question and hit me on the head. Luckily, I was hit by the thin end of the branch with the foliage rather than the thicker end which could've caused serious injury. After speaking to Cheshire East on the phone, I was advised to email them with photos of the branch so that they could investigate. I sent the email to info@cheshireeast.gov.uk on 6th September FAO 'Rachel' and never heard anything back. Over the winter, smaller branches have continued to fall and have on a couple of occasions caused damage to possessions in our garden. The trees need assessing as soon as possible before further damage and/or injury is caused. *PO Reference: A3 Species: Sycamore Crown raise shortening low sub-lateral branches and minor branch ends to achieve a ground clearance of up to 5m Removal of dead wood, ivy and epicormic growth to a height of 2m
