Description

Non-material amendment on application 19/3199M: An additional louvre 1900w x2500h. This is to be on the east elevation, not facing the public highway and screened by the façade overrun/fin of the southern elevation. A new external double door is required by the Trust, onto the previously inaccessible ‘courtyard’ space between the linking corridors. A shallow 1:45 slope will be formed, with low level retaining walls. Additional louvre is to passively ventilate a reconfigured storeroom.
