T1- Felling of Mature Beech leaning towards Hall Lane with meripilus fungus at the base of the tree which could result in the tree falling in the future T2- Birch Tree to have a crown reduction, central leader to 2m, lateral branches to 1.5m and any deadwood or dangerous branches to be removed. T3- Mature Oak to have a 2m crown reduction and dead wood to help promote the growth of the small oak to the south of it. T4- Crown lift on mature Oak which the limbs over hang the property which could cause damage.
