Variation of Condition 26 (provision of EV Charging Points) of 22/02922/F - To amend the wording of this Condition to - Within six months of the Technical Services Building receiving its full power and electrical demand from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (or such alternative provider that may be in place at the time), a scheme for the provision of vehicular electric charging points to serve the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The vehicular electric charging points shall be provided in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter. The Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing when the full power and electrical demand is received.
