Description

To amend the approved side elevation to show two external doors instead of one and to include a small window positioned between these two doors, all in matching materials and detailing. To amend the approved rear elevation to show a glazed bi-folding door in place of the previously illustrated three-panel glazed door and to re-position the rear window slightly to the right within the same elevation. The size, sill height and glazing type of the window will be consistent with the approved scheme. No changes are proposed to the approved footprint, height, roof form or overall massing of the extension (proposed as non-material amendment to 24/01527/HPA)
