Modification of Section 106 to Deed of Variation dated 18 December 2023 in relation to land off Blackthorn Road, Ambrosden and pursuant to the Outline Planning Permission reference: 22/01976/OUT We wish to make the following amends: -To the MIP clause so it is suitable to meet current lender requirements for charging at MVST; -To the enforceability clause at 9.2 and 11.6 so that an RP is also excluded from compliance with the non-affordable housing provisions; -To insert a specific provision allowing the rents to be increased in accordance with the Government’s Rent Standard and Guidance; and -Remove the provisions in relation to the nominations rights at schedule 2 paragraph 5 referring to HTB Agent as this is no longer in existence
