4 No large mature apple trees in rear garden, on right-hand side, approximately 15-20m from the house, positioned in a row along the right-hand boundary wall. These trees have become significantly overgrown due to a lack of maintenance resulting in excessive shading across the garden. Proposed works are to heavily reduce the overall height and spread of all four trees to restore proportion and light levels and potentially remove up to two trees entirely to improve spacing, long-term health and ease of future maintenance
