Modification of Section 106 dated 21st March 2022 : - Amend the enforceability clause so that the Registered Provider and their mortgagee are also excluded from the non-Affordable Housing provisions - Remove the reference to the open market dwellings on the site being identified on the Affordable Housing Plan as units N5, N6, N7 and N8 and the requirement for them to remain general market housing available on the open market. This is to enable these units to instead be delivered as Affordable Housing
