Modification of Section 106 (23/03139/REM): The current definition for "shared ownership housing" relates back to the old shared ownership leases, which requried a minimum of 25% to be acquired. The new shared ownership lease allows for a minimum of 10% to be acquired, and bpha is requesting that this definition is amended to allow that.
