RETROSPECTIVE - Regularisation of unauthorised hedge removal After prior approval for the second building was granted in 2023 (23/03478/AGN), 40m of hedgerow was removed by the applicant, mistakenly believing that 20m of hedgerow could be removed each year without notice. Prior approval for a further building was granted in 2025 (25/00510/AGN). The planned location of this building lies between the other two buildings and in the location of the former hedgerow. The applicant now wishes to submit a hedgerow removal application retrospectively to rectify the hedge removal error
