Removal of an existing footpath link into Parcel R (Extra Care site) and the reinstatement of the land to create a new amenity space, which will include the planting of new grassland, a 5m hedge, and a new tree. A new footpath link will be provided into Parcel R to align with the approved connection point as per application 23/03073/HYBRID. This will involve the removal of the existing 5m hedge to facilitate the new footpath connection. (proposed as non-material amendment to 13/00847/OUT and 17/02469/REM)
