In this application we do not wish to do any work to the TPO tree We wish to cut some small hazels we wish too cut some dead trees we wish to cut a small magnolia next to a very large magnolia (no work planned on large magnolia) We wish to cut some small trees 3-4 m like a cornus, which is grown into a ligustrum and we want to replace with new small clean specimens such as multi stem crab apple, native or naturalised trees as yet undecided. We wish to crown reduce a bay.
