T1 Common Horse Chestnut Tree The tree has been managed in the past with a reduction cycle every 3-4 years. This has kept the tree at a size suitable to its location, albeit a large specimen. I recommend a revisit of previous pruning by removal of 2-3m regrowth around the whole canopy. Removal of major deadwood. Climbing inspection of all major unions and report any findings. All final cuts to be made at suitable points of live growth, all resultant debris to be chipped and removed from site.
