Provision of new single storey infill extension to the rear of the property adjacent to the approved single storey projection. Provision of accommodation in the roof space of the approved dwelling to include conservation rooflights to the rear slope of the building. Removal of soffit boards to the eaves and removal of verge boards to the gables of the dwelling to have simpler eaves and mortar pointed verges to reflect the adjacent properties.
