Tree: Shown as T4 on supplied plan - Silver birch tree growing to front of property and west of driveway entrance. Works: Remove to ground. Reason: Due to concerns of stability as result of honey fungus having been present in the area and resulting in death of adjacent birch (removed in 2023) which has left tree exposed. Replant: 1no. southern beech, Nothofagus antarctica, 3-4m high in open space to front of property and west of driveway (same garden area). Subject to TPO 24/2017 (G2) and 005/1993 (A1)
