It is proposed to raise the height of the front of the garage by 2 bricks (a total increase of 16 cm) and to extend the rear of the garage in line with the back of the bungalow (a total increase in length of 295 cm). The existing roof which leaks will be replaced with a new weatherproof felt roof. Raising the height of the front of the garage roof will allow drainage of the roof into the new rear guttering.
