This is to allow more light into the adjacent residence, which the tree overhangs the garden of. T2 x Cedras atlantica - This tree has had multiple previous failures, damaging cars on the drive & endangering the owners and neighbours of the tree in question. Reduce crown by 5.6 metres off diameter or 2.8 metres reduction of side branches in a uniform manner to reduce the probability of failure in storms. T3 x No 2 Carpinus Betulus Fastigiata - These 2 trees are often being struck by high sided vehicles and therefore we wish to crown raise to 5.5 metres over the adjacent highway for highway clearance.
