Description

T1 x Sycamore - with multiple trunks (T1) in plan. This tree has had its crown reduced on several occasions, but the trunks have continued to expand and as a result it has outgrown its site. It over shadows fruit trees in the garden such that they lean and have grown higher to get light. This makes it difficult to harvest the fruit. We have spoken to the tree surgeon who carried out the previous approved tree works and he has advise that the number of trunks could not be reduced as they are growing in and across each other as can be seen in photo P1010785. He agreed with our view that the tree is too large for the location. Therefore we are requesting permission to fell the tree (T1).
