Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Development: The proposal is required as a result of the construction of High Speed Two. The new railway will sever the existing access to the residence and forestry business. The works to improve the existing private way is not for the use of HS2, or any of its appointed contractors or agents. The private way is solely for the use of the landowner. The existing track which provides access through the woodland plantation owned and managed by the landowner is in need of improving with a new surface. The proposal therefore seeks to enhance the surface of the track to support all vehicle movements along the private way
