T1 - Lime - Remove epicormic growth from 0m to first major lateral/side branch. Reduce crown by up to 2m and remove deadwood 25mm diameter and above. The epicormic growth and crown are causing excessive shading which has a negative impact on the vegetation in the rest of the garden. The limbs are beginning to over-extend, posing a risk of failure to the neighbouring gardens and property. A sympathetic overall crown reduction of up to 2m (and deadwood removal) will intercept and mitigate this risk while retaining the form of this prominent tree - subject to TPO 11/2016
