SEPD are proposing to upgrade the overhead line (OHL), from 2 phase to 3 phase (2 wire to 3 wire), from grid ref: SP560219 to SP561223, to provide a new connection to the Bignell Stud Farm, as shown in the associate plan (ref: ). The site is located at (A4095, Chesterton, Cherwell District, Oxfordshire, England, OX26 1UE, United Kingdom). As the new section of OHL is being upgraded from 2 wire to 3 wire, the proposed works do not fall under the initial exemptions outlined in the Electricity Act 1989 and SEPD are therefore seeking Section 37 Consent for the proposed works. The site is not situated within a `sensitive area' as defined by Schedule 2 Part 4 of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017
