To complete works up to foundation slab, there will be limited number of workmen on site and traffic movement for materials required at this stage will not exceed regular movement whilst the plot was in use for car sales. Delivery of materials at this stage of the works will neither create additional concern to highway safety nor increased congestion of the highway.
