Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 24/00435/FUL (as previously amended by application ref. 25/01213/AMEND) - 1) To slightly change the shape/slope of the roof of the rear/west elevation single storey extension, due to the technical specifications of the most suitable roofing material; and 2) To retain the small existing kitchen extension (from the 1980s) on the north-east elevation, and add a door for external access on the north elevation to be used as a plant room (originally planned to be demolished).
