Description

T1 - Yew: Located in the rear garden on the north boundary, reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5metres to provide a smaller formalised canopy and crown lift by removing lower branches up to a height of 3m. Tree is in close proximity to the owners house, and overhangs the neighbours garden, causing excessive shading and is becoming overbearing for both parties. There are concerns about size and potential root structure damage to gardens and buildings as it matures.
