Non material amendment to planning permission 24/01640/FUL - seeking amendments to the wording of conditions 7 and 4. Condition 7 to state "At no time shall the front external areas of 7, 8 or 9 Imperial Square be used for drinking and dining purposes. At no time shall the rear external courtyards of 7, 8 and 9 Imperial Square be used for drinking and dining purposes", and Condition 4 to state "The restaurant and the bars, lounges and the other facilities of the private members club hereby approved shall not be open to customers/members outside the hours of 8:00 and 23.00 on Sundays to Thursdays, including Bank Holidays and 08:00 and 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, including Bank Holidays. No customers/members shall remain in the buildings outside of these times. At no time shall customers/members enter or leave the buildings by the rear courtyards of 7, 8 and 9 Imperial Square. No staff shall enter or leave the buildings by the rear courtyards of 7, 8 and 9 Imperial Square outside the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 on any day of the week."
