Non material amendment to planning permission 22/00474/FUL - seeking the following revisions - (i) road design/surfacing between plots 25 to 32 and 33 and replacement of section of footpath with service margin around plot 25 (in accordance with Section 38 submitted detail), (ii) access to the existing substation, relocation of 2 parking spaces northwards for plots 37 and marginal realignment of plots 37 to 42, (iii) Building Regulations requirements for Part M (parking spaces serving plots 47, 49 and 60 adjusted, parking space for plot 62 relocated, (iv) erection of new electricity supply substation in front of plot 71 (to be constructed under permitted development rights), plus additional landscaping to screen the new substation .
