Description

Condition 2 - a) No development shall take place until a scheme to assess and deal with any contamination of the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.b) Prior to the occupation or first use of the development, any remediation of the site found necessary shall be carried out, and a validation report to that effect submitted to the local planning authority for written approval and the development shall be carried out in accordance with that scheme.Submitted details: - Phase 1 Contamination Risk Assessment (Ground and Environmental Services Limited);- Phase 2 Contamination Risk Assessment (Ground and Environmental Investigation Limited).
