EIA Screening Opinion for the material change of use of the Land to a mixed use comprising equestrian, residential, agricultural, storage of building materials, tools and equipment, portable cabin and associated hardstanding, lorry trailers and other paraphernalia (including vehicles, equipment, domestic and residential items), the importation, storage and deposition of soils, inert waste, non-inert waste and hazardous waste and the burning of waste and the carrying out of engineering works comprising land raising and creation of bunds from soils and waste materials. Also, the erection of gates, fencing, posts and a fence panel, erection of a sectional concrete enclosure with associated hardstanding, erection of a timber outbuilding, siting of a shipping container, erection of steps, mound and raised platform, the siting of a static caravan and associated paraphernalia for independent residential occupation and storage of a touring caravan
