T15 is a semi mature Cherry tree - Wild (Prunus avium) located in the front garden adjacent to the property. A tree survey by Leicester Tree Care identified it as being in poor structural and physical condition with many areas of Canker on the stem and main branches.The action for works is to fell and replant with a Cherry tree in a similar position. T16 is a mature Cherry tree - Wild (Prunus avium) located in the front garden adjacent to the property. A tree survey by Leicester Tree Care identified it as having a number of low branches causing obstruction / hazard to vehicles passing on Brand Lane. The action for works is reduce the canopy of the tree in height and width by no more than 30% of the leaf area.
