T1 (Large Leaning Over Mature Willow) - This tree is of a considerable age and has historic pollards. The tree is situated only 1 metre from the neighbouring property and root heave has damaged and collapsed the retaining wall between the two properties (see pictures). Permission is requested to fell the tree to halt any further root heave and any further damage to the wall or property.
