Silver maple, Acer saccharinum directly outside of the BT exchange: Repollard to previous pollard. The tree has historically been pollarded, lapsed. I'm submitting this application for a repollard, the tree is asymmetrical and heavily biased towards the opposite properties and as its been pollarded previously the regeneration would be considered a weak attachment.
